Chairperson
Every team needs a go-getter who looks out for all interests, whether it’s holding an onboarding meeting with the property owner to guide them through the process, or hosting the company cookout to keep their employees happy. Our go-getter is Edward Cauchi, a 10-year veteran of the industry and a stickler for getting the best and giving the best, no matter what it takes.
RENO SCERRI
Chief Executive Officer
A computer science graduate from the University of London, our CEO has 20 years of experience in everything technology, and is obsessed with the way that innovation can create solutions to benefit businesses and customers. Reno Scerri’s experienced in both operations and commercial properties, but his real asset is a forward-thinking brain that never stops working to find the best solution to a problem that hasn’t been met yet.
BIKRAM ARORA
Finance Director
Graduated in hospitality, and the proud owner of a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management, Bikram Arora is the money-man, a detailed-oriented dynamo whose previous clients have given him a lot of experience in dealing with the ins and outs of business with flexibility, grace, and a whole lot of humour.
MARK ADRIAN SAMMUT
Chief Operations Officer
Problem solver in chief, Mark Adrian Sammut has over 20 years of experience in IT in various business sectors and extensive managerial experience with big projects. Analytical and motivated, Mark believes a good client relationship starts with integrity, and is willing to go the extra mile to prove that to our partners.
MICHALINA BOLEK
Property Administrator
A guest experience guru with over 2 years of property administration under her belt, Michalina Bolek is typically found organising the perfect guest experience on her planner. When she’s not at her desk researching the latest hot spots and upcoming events, Michalina likes to get out and explore the island from her bicycle, earmarking places that are good for an exceptional guest experience.

Property Consultant
High-flyer Andrea’s property roots started out in real estate, where his first year as a property specialist netted him the top performer award for his company. His eye for property value is unmatched, and as a private host, he understands how much effort goes into offering guests an excellent service, and is dedicated to providing property owners that much-needed guiding hand to help them make the most of their property.
ALDRIN SEYCHELL
Lead software engineer
When he’s not developing a new software system or cheering on Bayern Munich from the sidelines, Aldrin Seychell likes to get out and see the world. With over ten years of experience in software development, and an M.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Malta, Aldrin’s always tinkering around with new projects to constantly improve and upgrade his skillset, and is your go-to guy for anything engineering.
KEITH SPITERI
Senior Software Engineer
A computing science graduate from the University of Malta, Keith is a fintech industry veteran with over 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering. Get him started about high quality software engineering principles, and you’ll be there a while, but for working with a smile and getting stuff done fast and flexibly, Keith has no equal.
JACOB FALZON
Senior Software Engineer
With over four years of experience as a software engineer, Jacob graduated in Computer Science way back then and hasn’t looked back. His bread and butter is challenging new projects and technical problems just a little bit on the hard side, but if he’s not at his computer, rest assured you can find him supporting Ferrari or showing off pictures of his latest travel escapade.
